I'm just a regular kind of guy, I think. The gal I work with says I'm really a nice guy, whatever that means. And that I'm easy to talk to. I have one son living lost two kids from birth defects early on. One grand daughter that is just a real miracle, and a terrific grandson that was born in January of 09! The reality is that I'm a pretty simple fellow. Whatever you have heard about men is probably true of me (at least the good things, I hope). Probably some of the bad things, too, I imagine. But I'm trying to minimize those in my life.

I'm a bit of a computer geek but try not to let it show (it's my work so it's not that much fun really...one computer is fun, 200 are just work!)

I've been widowed for 6 years now. Don't date much, but starting to feel more like it. (Man, I need to find some better photos!) Sometimes I'm too open and forthright, but not brutally so and I try to be a good listener. Don't see much point in lying or trying to make me appear something I'm not. If you are looking for someone that is "what you see, is what you get", and that "Really" IS IT! Then drop me a line! I'm in this to see if I can find real love again. I'm pretty open to most encounters with friends and family. I especially enjoy smaller get together kinds of things with a few friends over a lot of people. I'm supportive and enjoy "helping" with stuff if you need and want some help!

It seems that I'm mostly into POF for it's mildly social interaction. I don't know if I will ever fall in love again. But I know I miss my wife dearly. Not just "being in love". Who knows what the future will really bring.

Anything that might make conversation and getting to know you easy. So many places are full of noise that it turns the experience into a waste of time! :-)
