**i am not looking for a husband...i am looking for friends...i am of the philosophy that love grows...yeah, you might know right away and jump in...but the last time i did that i stayed in a marriage far tooo long...not that it was a horrible thing...but it wasn't meant to be...i'm not saying i don't like to have a good time (for those who know me personally, you know i do)...all i'm saying is that it'll take a long while for me to commit to anyone...or at least that is what i think right now..but i know i don't know everything... i do know that i'm not fishing for a husband (ouch..the word still holds a bitter taste...really, not all his fault, just wasn't meant to be) i don't know what i want anymore..but if you are my friend i am forever grateful...and am looking forward to seeing it develop and grow... for thru friends is where i find the true meaning of love ...**

most people would describe me as 'nice'...and i am most of the time....i love my career and my family but it is only a part of who i am.....i am searching for balance.....my goal in life is to remember to be happy on a daily basis... be grateful for what i have...and be in the moment (which is hard when i'm trying to do 20 million things at once!)...
i am looking for someone who is interested and interesting...who enjoys life without creating much drama (life happens and we have to deal...but to create drama for drama's sake is not my thing)...someone who smiles and laughs regularly and who doesn't mind trying something new and different...i'm interested in meeting people with opinions...
i like to live life...i enjoy live entertainment and an occasional ball game....i love all types of food, thai, japanese and indian are currently my faves....at times i like to just be, enjoying the company of others or just myself!...family is important to me (oh, and my granddaughter is truly awesome!!)...i walk daily and have recently taken up yoga...not too good yet, but love the stretch...
