Was here a while back (mostly for forums), and thought I'd come back to give it a second try. Okay, okay - I know - my profile does nothing for me in terms of telling you who I am. Well.......until I get around to it, you'll just have to ask! For now, all I can offer is one of my favorite (albeit cliche) quotes:
Women are like apples on trees.
The best ones are at the top of the tree.
Most men don't want to reach for the good ones because they are afraid
of falling and getting hurt. Instead, they just take the rotten apples
from the ground that aren't as good, but easy.......
The apples at the top think something is wrong with them, when in
reality, they're amazing. They just have to wait for the right man to
come along, the one who's brave enough to climb all the way to the top
of the tree.

Now Men.... Men are like a fine wine.
They begin as grapes, and it's up to women to stomp the sh*t out of
them until they turn into something acceptable to have dinner with!

Well.... let's just say I'm shy, and that I have coworkers who flip through this thing like a pack of 13 year old girls through the latest copy of teen magazine! First dates, as most should know- are completely arbitrary. We could roller blade, go to a lounge for drinks, shop, make fun of strangers, eat waffle cones by the lake, or whip donuts at old people (kidding). Either way, the point is the two of us getting to know enough about each other to be comfortable. Everything else should take care of itself from there. |
