I guess like some of you, have no idea why I'm out here for the world to see. I'm quite busy with the whole single parent thing ( 2 young ones as well) , and I'm a professional for a large east coast bank.

I'm trying to stay motivated with training for my first triathlon, but you know how it goes.I even my have 4 year old out running with me. How cool is that ?? I do manage to get to the gym fairly often, and I can say I take quite a bit of pride in my appearance and health. The former isn't as important to me ( although everyone likes to look good) as the latter. I guess you can say I'm confident in many ways , but mama raised me right in never looking down on others. Not a big fan of arrogant, judgemental people. Life is way too short and I have no time for them. And I'm sure they have no time for me either...Works out nice that way... Women who are educated (doesn't mean advanced degree, but rather can talk to me on a variety of subjects that don't include Paris Hilton, TMZ or anything that's shown on the E Network) and can laugh at themselves is ideal. Also, if you have confidence in the way you look without having to find a mirror every 10 minutes, that would be a plus as well. To me , sexiness is always about how you feel about yourself. Modern medicine has it down now that pretty much anyone can "fix" themselves up on the outside :) I am looking for someone who is at least physically active though. I'm a big believer that if you TRY and keep a healthy body, it's easier to keep a healthy mind.

Anyone who watches and gets "The Office" is a bonus with me. I'm semi obsessed with the show, and would love one day to find my "Pam". Like to think it's possible for 2 people to click on that level and if so, I think we could find our Dwight to pull pranks on :)

Right now I'm just hanging out with my sons and seeing what life has to offer them. I love being a dad and am really proud for doing it on my own. I'd really like to meet someone that might give me a run for my money. By that I mean sharing stories, laughs and whatever comes out of that. I like to think that I know how to enjoy life , and make other people feel at ease. Would be nice to find someone that can "ride shotgun" with me... I think I can make the ride worthwhile for the right person.

I think something where we can both be active and laugh at each other would be great.
