Well this is my second attempt at editing my profile... instead of the usual "macho" bs on these things, I figure I will give you exactly who I am and if you are still interested, then I would invite you to take a chance and contact me.

I am "the guy" at work who all the clerical staff question why I am still single/never married. Like everything else in life, I can smile and laugh it off, but it does get old. I figure if I knew all the answers, then I wouldn't be on here huh? LOL Seriously, I am all about making others smile and working/playing hard. I am very dedicated to my career, but also want to be dedicated to someone special. The only problem is that I am still in search of that elusive "one for me!"

Quite frankly, I grow tired of being alone a lot of the time, and I would be lying if I wasn't nervous that I will never find "the one!" But I plan on there only being just "one" in my life! I love debates, philosophy, and can be quite opinionated... I would prefer my partner to be as well.

I am very independent as I have been on my own for 16 years, and I do not NEED a lady in my life...I WANT to have one however. I want a best friend, someone that can be there for me and someone who can give me my space at times as well. I want someone to challenge me, and someone who can motivate me to be better in all aspects of my life. I can be competitive but yet I will always be there through thick and thin.

So here I am hoping that someone reads this and thinks, "Wow - I know how he feels!" I can be very shy until I get to know someone, but once I am comfortable - WATCH OUT!!! This is a tough question to answer because I think it depends on the timing. I am just about up for anything and would hope for a non-pressure atmosphere. I think the first meeting should be something mutually agreed upon, but if you really wanted to surprise me and take me to Vegas I would not object to that either! In fact...I am planning on a Vegas trip VERY SOON...so lets get to chatting and see if that is where our first date will take us!!!
