Here’s a little about me…

Moved to Vancouver 6 years ago from Ottawa with work. I chose Vancouver for the ocean, mountains, and friends. I have a large group of friends here whom I’ve been friends with for over 20 years.

I spent many years working as an engineer. Engineering and I lacked passion so I put that behind me couple years back and am now in health care. My new career is somewhat demanding, but very rewarding and interesting. However, my career comes second to the things I cherish most in life: family, friends, and lifestyle.

I am up for just about anything. I like to be around people. I’m known as a bit of a chit-chater. Things I find most interesting are good food, art, music, movies, people’s stories/lives, breakfast, and travelling. I spent 2 years working in Europe and try to get away for about 1-2 months every year. Last big trip I spent 6 weeks in Africa. I exercise regularly to stay healthy, not to win the race. I'm somewhat of a "foodie" and really enjoy dinning out around town.

I’m here to meet new people, make new friends and see where things go. I’m looking for someone who is smart, has an opinion, comfortable with themselves, not afraid of change, is passionate about something, and has a good sense of humour.
