I am the eternal optimist and see each and every day as a new adventure. Friendships are important and I stand with my friends through thick and thin. My easy going nature keeps me level and not overly bothered by stress. Worry about what you can change and let the other things take care of themselves. I'm spiritual and am still learning about that side of myself. I have a healthy and at times off the wall sense of humour. Laughter really is the best medicine as well as the perfect ice breaker. I enjoy being spontaneous and am always open to new and different experience. I have a thirst for knowledge and always want to know who, what, when, where and why.

I'm hard working, energetic, and resourceful. I enjoy my work and the new challenges it continues to bring my way. My children, while all young adults now, remain the most important thing in my life.

I stay fit by walking, riding my bike and the occasional game of golf, or as one wiser han me put it "golf is a good way to screw up a nice walk". I enjoy cooking but it's way more fun with someone. I'm an avid reader even the cereal box if there's nothing else around. I am passionate about music, classic rock, oldies, blues, jazz, motown, r&b, classical, all of it. Seeing a live band at a concert, festival or club is always fun. I enjoy a night on the town for dinner, or dancing to live music, a jazz or blues concert or play. I've travelled through much of North America, from the Arctic to the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean. I've lived in the U.S., Canada and Jamaica.

You are smart, outgoing, healthy and enjoy various activities to stay fit. You have a sense of humour, a diversity of reading interests and enjoy a good movie now and again. You love music and your stereo is probably on more than the T.V. You're happy with who and where you are, and like me, want to share that with someone special, your best friend, your partner, your companion and lover. You see the cup as half full.

First meet at a cafe or patio (not Timmies) where we can talk and get to know a bit about one another. Maybe a walk in the park or attend a concert at the London Music Club. A first date might include a long leisurely dinner at a quiet bistro or cafe followed by a walk in the park or that elusive beach if we can find it, then off to a club to listen to some live music.
