Hello there,

I enjoy the simple things in life. Family is very important to me. I choose to be positive and happy (everyone has bad days though). Bigger stuff doesn't matter to me so much, how big my house is, how fancy the car I drive, etc. I am employed, have a car my own place. I usually have people laughing, I am very OK with laughing at myself and do so often, I'm not afraid to try new things and I'm working towards my goals in life.

I am a hardworking normal man. I was raised in Texas and gentleman is a part of me I can't shake.

I am not looking to move into anything to fast. I'm sure all guys say that, but that part of a relationship is great but I really want to find someone I enjoy being with on all levels. (God, now I sound like a girl lol!) I have jumped into a relationship to quickly in the past and regretted it. I want to be able to watch a movie with you and know what parts are going to make you smile. I want to know what food you would order at a restaurant and what to order for your drink if you are in the ladies room when the waitress comes by. I want to be able to be sarcastic with you and know you can dish it right back to me. I want to be able to be at a family get together or function somewhere and exchange a look across a room and know exactly what your thinking. And I believe those things take time to come about. I want to enjoy the experience of getting to know you regardless of how we may spend time together.

I am kind of a dork sometimes so if you are looking for someone that is always serious and worried about their image that is not me! When I do commit to a relationship I take it seriously and don't give up on it very easily. If you want to know more about my past just ask me. I do have a son, he doesn't live with me but does visit on some weekends, the options didn't really fit the situation so I wanted to state it here. He is an awesome kid and if you get to meet him he will steal your heart. I'm a little protective about who he meets though.

I enjoy all kinds of music and going to concerts. Exercise is a hobby of mine, so is wine tasting! Guess you need to have balance right? I love photography, being outdoors doing just about anything and bargain hunting at flea markets or garage sales is fun too. I like going out for a night on the town as well as a night in. Taking a trip even just for a day to somewhere new is always on the menu, and favorite places to go back to are good as well.

What am I looking for in a woman? A woman who I consider attractive, who I find funny, sweet, caring, a sarcastic, that challenges me and I have a good time spending time with. (Can you believe it????)

Walk around Old Town Sac stopping where ever catches our attention. Picnic in a park, maybe fly a kite if the weather cooperates. Hiking for a bit to see what we come across.
Scavenger hunt downtown. Or coffee and a place to talk, what ever is comfortable for the two of us.
