2008…new profile....The older I get - the better I was!
Gone is the humor that previously graced this page. Now my evil twin Id is writing. Yes I’m a mutt. I was born in England and we all know that little group of islands was conquered by the Vikings, Romans, Norman French (that’s the French from Normandy, not Norman the Frenchman), and more recently the various other ethnic groups from the middle-east and east. I’ve lived in North America for 35+ years and am now, proudly no longer a political refugee.
So now I’m seeking a better half. O.K. I admit it. I function much better when I have a female best friend… confidente… guide… Hopefully one who will laugh at my sad humor and be my companion - yes….for dating – yes…. long-term – we live in hope!
To qualify for this exciting opportunity you must be...fit/slim/athletic...not too sensitive... with a pulse...have hair...HWP...tolerant...patient...non-smoking...live within 1,000 miles of planet earth....and must not have e-mailed anyone to meet for coffee...must have e-mailed someone for intimate encounters and sex
I am a 6’ tall, 220 lb, silver haired, accented former Brit, Canuck and now American. I have five kids (love kids), 2 ½ grand-children, 2 cats and one dog. I am a salesman by trade and travel only in Washington these days. However, in the past, I have worked in England, Australia, New Zealand, Canada and, of course, the U.S.A.
I have also traveled in Europe, Japan, South America and the Caribbean. Today I like to lie listlessly on the couch and do my traveling by watching the travel channel with a beer in one hand and the remote in the other.
Does this sound exciting…I thought not, but write anyway….sometimes that “chemistry thing” brings about some surprising partnerships. My last relationship was great and she promised me she'd be with me until hell froze over....as I recall, we had a particuarly cold summer that year!
If this profile offends anyone…I’m sorry but it was written with honest intentions and supposed to make you smile..
P.s. Recent photographs are much more acceptable than those taken 10 years ago.
