It'd be great to meet a beautiful girl on here who has a great sense of humor and who can talk about anything from health care reform to the latest episode of Dexter. I'm a pretty big believer in things happening for a reason, so if something does happen here, great. If not, then it doesn't hurt to meet people in person, too.

I say a lot of stupid things, probably because I'm a guy and it's embedded in our DNA. I just try to make up for it by saying something funny. Anything. I like girls who laugh at bad jokes, but I keep them coming.

Honesty is a great characteristic to have, and I try to be true to that. It's not my intention to offend, but I'd sure rather be "real" and say what's on my mind. I've been reading way too much Chuck Klosterman lately, so I get all philosophical and rambling and crap. For TV, I watch sports, Bill Maher, random stuff on the History Channel and Science Channel, The Daily Show and all the good FX and Showtime shows.

I've found East Coast women to be much more assertive than the ladies out West. I grew up in Los Angeles and lived in Montana for a long time, so I'm pretty laid back by nature.

My favorite stuff to watch on TV is The Office, Daily Show, Rescue Me, Entourage, Curb Your Enthusiasm, Dexter, anything MLB/NBA/NFL and Science or History Channel if I have the time.

I'm a big sports fan, but I have a lot of other interests. They range far and wide, so it'd be cool to find a chick who can converse on a number of different topics, who has a great smile and who likes to talk a little trash back and forth. My sense of humor is heavy on the sarcasm with a little bit of wit (especially when I'm drinking beer, for some reason).

Lastly, I really like to write. I write to a lot of people on here, in as much an effort to practice my craft as anything. I like to see how I can tailor messages based on the personality I sense the user has. Like many other things in life, few of the attempts are successful. But the ones that are, I very much look forward to helping blossom.

I prefer something athletic. Even a game of pool or darts would work (or beer pong if that's your forte). I am pretty competitive, so hopefully you can accept that.
