WHAT I AM NOT...First of all, I am not a cowboy, I don't even ride a horse...nor do I ride a Harley...I am not a player. I have no tattoos, nor piercings. I am, by no means, neither perfect nor self-righteous. I don't believe in "religion" nor in denominational squabbling.
WHAT I AM...I am a Work in Progress. I am a Praise & Worship musician/singer who loves God and life. I am an encourager, an uplifter and quite a positive person. I am a listener. I am not ashamed to tell the world that I am deeply committed to the Lord Jesus, the Christ, and hope to find a woman who is too. I am not looking for a one-night stand because that would not only grieve the Holy Spirit Who abides in me, but also because that is unsatisfying, anonymous and ultimately degrading to both participants. Besides, the woman that I seek is not consumed with venal pursuits and has a passion for seeking and doing God's will...
I have never had a love story in my life. Those relationships were all tainted with lust and things contrary to a selfless love ideal.
Love is not a feeling , it is an act of the will...a commitment.
LOVE = (knowing each other) + (total trust) + (complete commitment)I enjoy being with intelligent, independent women. I have a lot more to offer now than I did earlier in life. Learned it the hard way. So, just drop by and chat for a bit. I don't bite. And yes...I am a Yankee, but YOU are the ones with an accent: laugh: I have a good, yet sometimes quirky, sense of humor and try to refrain from sarcasm, which, I believe is getting a laugh at someone else's expense.
I have had an interesting life and have many real-life stories to share (ask me to tell you my
Water Buffalo Story)

Take a chance anyway...worst-case scenario is that we each find a new friend.
P.S. If you simply need a prayer partner or just someone to listen to your issues (BTW most of these issues seem to have a spiritual basis tucked away somewhere), contact me. I will be happy to pray with you...or try to help you find answers...simple as that.
A man much wiser than I am once wrote...Each day has two handles, one labeled "GOOD DAY" and the other labeled "BAD DAY". How your day goes, depends on which of the handles you seize. Why on earth someone would choose to grab the "BAD DAY" handle is beyond me...

Quiet dinner in a comfortable, public setting, where we can talk and start to learn more about each other. Some places are just filled with distractions from the main reason for the evening...focusing on each other to see if there is any spiritual connection. Watching a movie with a relative stranger is not as good as watching it with a person that you are growing to care about
