The next adventure calls, and sharing it would make me a very happy man.


I like to find new things to do and places to go. I like to keep my schedule very full and occasionally crash with a book to unwind or take in a ridiculous hollywood movie although I prefer independents when not in "crash" mode. I love farmer's markets where I like to do most of my weekly shopping. I care deeply for the environment and try to take care of it with better habits. I'm into positive change and always trying new foods, recipes, activities, workouts, new is good. I treasure the best bits of the past as well. I love old things, mom was an antique dealer. I'm a mellow guy who really likes to laugh a lot, but chuckles get me by on some days.

I am passionate, concerned and excited about my community and environment and do what I can to have a positive affect on them. I really love to be outside and backpacking is really where it's at! I love be far out in the forest, alpine lakes and meadows.

Cooking is a passion of mine and I always like to try new things. I especially like working more complex dishes from scratch to see if I can follow the leader (those who write the recipe). I improvise quite well too, but I recognize there is always more to learn.

I am seeking new adventures all the time. I've recently started sailing and I can't say enough about how much I am in love with it. Recreation without motors or engines is really the only way to go for me. I love tea by the way. Lapsang soochong is a recent discovery that I am really digging.

Ok, lots of details, but perhaps some of my motivations are revealed here and you could see yourself sharing in my vision of a great time.

Also trying to learn to dance....I'm told I have pretty good rhythm, but I still get a little shaky.
