I’ll keep this short and sweet. I moved to Dallas about 3 years ago. I was fortunate enough to make some wonderful friends but most of them are guys or are married. As far as relationships go, I have been in a few long term relationships in the past both here in Dallas and elsewhere however, I am still searching for my best friend. That friend would be a woman who enjoys me for who I am and for whom I feel the same.

A little about me:
- A jack of most trades (artist, athlete, businessman, musician) and a lover of knowledge and creating with my hands, always busy on the next thing . . OK, maybe I have a little ADD . . . but I do finish my projects
- A planner for the future with an impulsive kick for fun and adventure
- A good friend in good and bad times, even when that requires difficult decisions
- A person that loves to live life in simple but joyous ways
- Lots more, just ask . . .

My interests in people are pretty simple:
-A good heart (in the sense of both a positive and a healthy person)
-Depth of personality (your clothes and makeup should not be the only thing that defines who you are)
-Big long term goals (I don’t necessarily care what they are as long as they motivate you)
-An open mind with a love of variety and adventure (e.g. try new foods, travel to different places, learn other perspectives)

Just so you know, I do travel regularly for work (about 40% of the time and never for more than 2 weeks at a time). Also, while I do enjoy Dallas a great deal, the summers are a little hotter and longer than I prefer. In the long term I would not be opposed to a move back out to the Pacific Northwest or somewhere else that has mountains and 4 seasons as my life (work, relationships and local investments) allows.

I always prefer something simple but different than normal. Usually I like anything with an opportunity for fun and a chance to learn more about you. Anything from checking out a new art show to finding and riding a good mountain bike path is a great start!
