May as well know it up front... I'm a big fan of Rush,Dr. Laura and Hannity and dare I say I'm a Republican (Yes I'm the last one in the Bay Area, or so it feels at times - O,k, the one of you which is remaining can continue reading).... I admire people who stand up for what they believe, yet remain open to opposing veiws and ideas and opinions expressed in a logical respectful manner. Truly believe that if you do not stand for something-You'll fall for anything! O.k. stepping down from my soap box....

I love live theater and dinning out. Love the outdoors and anything connencted with warm weather and water! I do not do enough hiking,camping and sailing these days. Partly due to the fact that I have not meet you yet and partly due to the fact that I work 50+/- hours a week being involved with property management.I love being a part of offering a clean safe place for my clients to call home and raise a family and entertianing them with my alter egos of Santa,The Easter Bunny, and CapN' ROn the Pirate!

In my "spare" time I expand my knowledge of Real Estate,enjoy restoring small trailerable sailboats and wrenching on cheap cars fix up and sell (flip). Currently investigating the mysterious world of dowsing and metaphysics! Not at all to be confused with the occult-No Devil worshipper here! Yes I do try to keep busy as I find that only boring people get bored!

Don't think I'll have time for you ? Think again! I have been just keeping myself occupied until the right lady comes along to knock my socks off! Will it be you?

As for what I think to be my ideal woman- lets see.... Being a lover of God and Country is a must! A woman that I could love would have at least some of the following qulities and would probably be a compiliation to a small degree of all the women that I admire: Dr. Laura for moral and relationship standards;"Condie" Rice for her grace, poise and strength of spirit and negotiating skills; Martha Stewart for her business, entertainment, creative savvy ( once you get past that "cooking the books" thing); Cynthia Rothrok for her athletic abilty. Sister Teresa for humbleness and her service to the world. While I find find Meg Ryan, Jennifer Gardner, Demmi Moore, and Julia Roberts all attractive, the thing that I find most attractive is a womans fitness level,moral character, and intelligence! What!!!! your not ALL the above!!!... thats o.k. I'm no Donald Trump meets Ghandi, meets Tom Cruise either. Just a hardworking, moral, decent guy trying to find a new friend to evolve into the love of his life, for life!

Wow a first date- we have so many options to choose from in living in the S.F. Bay Area. Coffee at Starbucks (Raspberry/Caramel Frap is my fav);go for health at Jamba Juice; Walk around Central Park's Lake Elizabeth; Horseback riding through the Little Yosemite, Riding the Niles train, Antique hunting in Niles. Winetasting in the Livermore Valley. Picnic at the beach. Finding treasures at local flea markets and garage sales. Needless to say, I like doing things where we can have a chance to talk to one another versus going to a movie etc. I am open to your ideas!
