Seeing as this is So Cal, and most everything is so looks oriented here, I thought I'd start out with a story about mine. My daughter and I were out for the evening when we noticed a small group of women neither of us knew, staring at us. Finally one of them came up to me and said, "Sorry for staring, but we all think you look like Sean Connery (I had a beard at the time). Needless to say, that did my ego a world of good, and I was feeling pretty good about myself, when my daughter looks at me and says. "Yeah, Dad, you do. Two old, bald guys with white scruffy beards". Hey, what can I say? She's right! So, if you're into old, bald guys I'm your man... Sean's not available.
I've been retired for a year, but I think I want to go back to work for a few more years. I've lived in New York, North Carolina, Colorado, all over California, the Yukon and the Northwest Territories in Canada where I lived in a small Inuit "village". I want to retire near Victoria, British Columbia. Any takers? I used to be a competitive weightlifter, and an amateur boxer, and am still in fairly decent shape. I'd like to meet an intelligent, funny woman who happens to be sexy as hell! Wouldn't we all? I think the best way to sum me up is a quote from Bob Dylan... "I'm just average, common too. I'm just like him, the same as you. I'm everybody's brother and son. I ain't different than anyone." Yup, me and Bob. Hey, get in touch! I sing like Bob too (what a treat!) (LOL).

I am a heavy duty kayaker, so for a first date, I'd like to take you kayaking where we can paddle out to a secluded island, have our picnic lunch, rest on the beach, and paddle back to have dinner at a really neat little Blues Club on the Redondo pier, and listen to some good blues. You up for that?
