* I'm an intelligent, fun, funny, very sarcastic, sometimes caustic not-quite-30 year old college grad. I'm a newspaper editor for a communtiy newspaper, a job which I love and am very talented. I'm a writer, a reader, a collector of books, a wine lover and an ice cream junkie. I know lots of relatively useless information, unless it counts as good conversation starters. I can talk to almost anyone, unless you are pompous, biggoted, a labler of people or cruel. I do not have time for or surround myself with negative people, or people who get off on breaking other people down for their own amusement or inflation. I like dogs, don't like cats, am afraid of birds and alligators, love the zoo but am wary of the monkeys. I am generous and accepting to the point, sometimes, that I am turning in circles trying to get the knife out of my back. I like jazz and 1940s music, ice cold milk and nearly rare steak. I hum or whistle when I don't want to say something ugly to someone and sing when I'm happy. I have a very expressive face and a descriptive manner. I love my family, who loves and supports me. I'm not graceful but have grace in tumultous situations. I collect journals and stationary, I have a thing for the 1920s flapper culture and New Orleans in the 1850s. I adore Southern gothic novels and Butter Pecan ice cream. I have mellowed, like wine, like cheese. Oh, and I really like wine and cheese. *

What I would DO? Is that a dare? I would NOT eat broccoli for a first date.
