My name is Ben; I live in the majestic city of Roanoke. I spend my days working as an analyst for a telecommunications company; I spend my nights wishing I spent my days doing something else!

I like pets. I have 2 cats, a dog, and some fish. I’m not sure what I was thinking. The dog chases the cats, the cats eat the fish, and they really don’t get along as I had hoped. I have a pretty good sense of humor, if a bit sarcastic at times. I love watching movies. On the weekends (if I’m not working, or working on my house) I like to have a drink or 2 with some friends or spend a quiet evening at home relaxing. I really don’t care for big crowds or noisy clubs.

I'd like to do some traveling. I'd like to see the Aurora Borealis, the Pyramids, Big Ben, NYC, San Francisco, and Europe among others. I also like to stay up late and I really like to sleep-in late. I only sleep-in on the weekends now though, my boss gets mad when it’s 10:00 and I’m not at my desk...what is with her? I like sports but I'm not a sports fanatic except when it comes to the Cowboys and the ‘Horns. (Super bowl this year baby! Sigh....or not :(

When it comes to what I’m looking for in a girl, I really don’t have a laundry list of things she has to be. I don’t care if she likes the Cowboys but she has to tolerate the fact that I do. I don’t care how much she makes, what she does, or where she’s from. I would like her to be sweet, caring, open-minded. I’d like her to share at least some of my same interest.
