Sometimes I think this part of a profile is a waste of time...its hard to put in a few words things that you think are going to capture someones attention...there are hundreds of people here at the fish...they look at your profile and go on...I know we are all looking for something special and you can weed out a few but if you don't stop and at least say hello and talk a time or two you may miss out on something good. What would be the worst thing that could happen...a new friend or more...

So...I thank God for my family...and my friends, they are very important to me.
I like simple things, holding hands, long walks, talking, laughing, a long passionate kiss (or two), I don't like to be rushed to much I think we need to slow down a bit and enjoy things around us, not go go go. Spending time with my grand children is awesome...I don't know this to be true :), but my grand children think that I am the best grandmother in the "whole wide universe"...they are 5 and 6 years old so I guess they know what they are talking about. I love spending time with them and I would love to share them with someone special...so I am looking for someone who is family oriented. We do a lot of things together...and they think I'm crazy but I just like to cut up and act goofy with them, have fun and I love to laugh...it keeps you young. So you need to have a sense of humor.

I like both the mountains and the beach...my mother is moving back to St. Augustine so that's going to be great!!
I have been known to watch a little wrestling...I like baseball. My son has taken me to a Hockey game or two...I like that as well. I like to watch people...not stare...just a glance here and there, see what they are wearing (or shouldn't wear), hair styles and such...kids are fun to watch especially at a buffet.
I don't do the bar scene any more...it isn't some where that I see myself going alone to meet any one...but I do love to dance and I like a lot of different types of music: country, oldies, soft rock, classic rock and roll and so on.

My friends would say that I am: kind, honest, dependable, caring, easy to talk to, to understanding, tender hearted, and independent. My life has made me independent but I would welcome the chance to depend on someone who is stable financially, mentally, and spiritually. I could probably list other things about myself but I think that over time you could find these things to be true and more but first you have to write me an e-mail...

... our first meeting should be some where public, some place where it is not to loud, not a bookstore I think that is to quiet. Window shopping!! a mall we could walk around look at things talk and if we got hungry there is also food there... our first date would depend on us...
