It is really hard to describe what I am looking for. I think I am probably looking for the same thing as everyone else on here...someone to spend time with...that has a good sense of humor (a man with a good sense of humor...is priceless!!)...a man that is comfortable with his life and that has the time for dating. I am past the age of white knights and picket fences...but I do still believe in love and with the right man anything could be possible. What I won't do is settle for less than what makes us both happy. I have been single for many years, by choice, and if I remain single that will be ok too...I will still be happy. My life is good. I work full time in a management position so I don't "need" a man to take care of me but "want" a man to share my life....the good and the bad...to laugh with and to cry with. I am loving and affectionate and would like a man who is not afraid of displaying signs of affection. I am a good listener and never judgemental. I hate drama. Laughter is good for the soul and I DO laugh, tease and joke around a lot. Long walks....holding hands....hugs are great. Someone to spend quality time with but still have my own space occasionally. It depends on how far away you live what we would do on a first date. Hopefully it would be something that we would both enjoy and plan together....coffee and conversation....lunch or dinner.....some place quiet so that we could talk and learn more about each other. If that day goes well maybe we will be planning more outings together. If there is no chemistry between us, maybe we have still had a nice day with someone who we will be friends with for many years to come.
