My story is that I'm single and have been for quite a few years now , after a long term marriage. I am a very family oriented person with grown children and grandchildren. Family time is an important part of my life so someone who understands and perhaps does the same would be most welcome.
I am very open minded and accepting of others while still holding to my own beliefs, so would appreicate someone who is very much like minded in this regard.
I enjoy outdoor activities such as fishing, camping, walking, being near or on the water. Movies, dinner out once in a while, concerts, roadtrips are also good. I'm open to new experiences; anyt hing is better shared with a compatible companion.
I love all animals and live with cats since they're more adaptable to my working schedule. I work twelve hour shifts,which sometimes makes for a long working day, but also affords me nice stretches of time off.
I would like to find a compatible companion with a great sense of humor and an open heart and mind who is ready to move on with life in a relationship based on mutual respect with little conflict. I believe everyone who has done any living at all is going to have some emotional baggage. However, it's what one has done with those lessons that matters. Other than that, someone to go to the movies or dinner with once in a while would be great too!
I mean no offense to anyone, but I find tall men of large stature especially attractive.
