I'm looking for a partner in crime, a dive buddy, a running mate, the yin to my yang...or, just a nice, active guy to share some of life's adventures with. I'd like to find someone to laugh, learn, talk and simply enjoy life with.

I believe that life should be fun and that every day should be lived as though it could be your last. I really try to enjoy today - every day. Given that, I'm actually a pretty responsible person. I do believe in IRAs and 401ks and planning for the future; I just don't let future possibilities hold me back from enjoying today's.

I like to do just about anything - but, travel is pretty high on my list. I love the ocean, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking - and laying on the beach reading a good book. I'm always up for a bike ride, hiking, miniature golf, an amusement park (the coasters are the best), a comedy club, dancing, watching a movie - you name it! I have a wonderful dog, a Belgian Shepherd; so I also play a lot of frisbee.

Every year I like to try something new. The last few years I've run my first half marathon (I've run two more since then), learned (kinda) to downhill ski, gone scuba-diving, etc... Last year I ran the Great Midwest Relay, a 190-mile relay from Madison to Chicago, as part of a nine person team.

I would love to meet a man that is honest, trustworthy and honorable. It would be great if he is also friendly, outgoing and adventurous with a good sense of humor thrown in. If he enjoys traveling (and actually does travel) it would be outstanding!

Confidence is attractive to me, as is being happy, loving life, having a positive attitude, and knowing how to have a good time. Fun can range from cuddling together while we watch movies, bike rides, amusement parks, dancing, comedy clubs, dinners out - just about anything.

I'm at the stage of my life where fun is important, but being practical and responsible are key qualities too. Family values and the ability to honor commitments are also important to me. It would be nice to find someone who is close to his family and friends, and has interests and hobbies of his own.

I'm also hoping he likes dogs - at least my dog!

Let's get outside! Miniature golfing is a fun first date - if it's cold outside I know a great place to play indoors - it's fun and a bit cheesy!
