About Me
Hello. I am flattered you decided to learn a modicrum about me. This guy enjoys and is game for almost anything. Travel is always a worth while adventure. Meandering the back roads someplace is pleasure. I sometimes spend a few winter months in Florida or Arizona. Visiting museums, art shows, canoeing, and historical sites is hedonistic (wow .. I think I spelled it correctly). In July 2009 I spent time visiting Ireland (Erie). Wonderful persons. Wonderful sites to visit. A lot of history.
I am deeply involved with several active community organizations, such as the Lions Club and Kiwanis Club. Both raise money for worthy causes (children) and for community improvements. I take classes at the College of Lake County now that I have the leisure time to investigate areas of interest, such as: watercolors, drawing, ceramics, jewelry, architecture, humanities, hortoculture, and engine rebuilding. Engine rebuilding??? Yes, and welding. They were fun. I enjoy learning new ideas and "how does this work". My church book analysis group has reviewed the histories of various religions and how they spread their beliefs (The Battle For God). I am involved with group study of Sustainable Living and other programs from the NorthWest Institute of Seattle Washington. This summer I have a class in .... Myths and Fairy Tales.
Go ahead an laugh. However we study Myths and Fairy Tales from various psychiological points of view. Note: I am not a psychologist. So you need not worry that I would try to analyze you.
I lived in several sections of Chicago ... Hyde Park and Lincoln Park. Both areas are still of interest to me.
Thanks for reading this squib.

Either bore you to death, (or make you blush and laugh until you cry) and will be very interested in what you have to say about yourself, your experiences, and your world.
