Well I'm a very down to earth person, love life to the fullest, thank god for each and every day that I live in paradise, I got single 5 years ago, so I am divorced, I'm very athletic, try to eat healthy, LOVE anything to do with the outdoors, swimming, biking, running, surfing, snorkeling, diving, I'm an avid scuba diver, walks on the beach, shell collecting, LOVE sunsets! Totally professional, honest, have a great career, I'm a Firefighter / Paramedic, own my own home 5 Min's away from the beach, live within my means and very comfortably, I try to avoid STRESS at all costs, very laid back, love all kinds of music, like to get wild and crazy from time to time, live by one rule, MODERATION is the key to success! I'm in search of a kind, caring, honest girl who See's life as I do (see above) someone who takes care of herself, loves to stay healthy, easy going, no stress, trustworthy, likes fashion, knows how to dress and look good with the times, who has a BIG heart, family oriented, has a good career, knows what she wants and knows where shes going in life, goal oriented, is a total lady in the street and a FREAK in the bed!

UPDATE==== Ill be competing in my first race of the year in Miami on the 16Th of March, The Miami International Olympic Distance triathlon. I'm so excited and hoping for a personal best time, so wish me luck!!!!
UPDATE==== The race was awesome! 18mins 23seconds in the swim (my best time to date)1hour 19mins for the bike, 57mins 45seconds for the run! New "personal best" time, a great way to start the new season.... Any girls want to train? Lets go!!!!!!

Next race is in Tampa april 27th, St Anthonys, im totally geared up, and ready!

OK, OK WOW St Anthonys was awesome! The swim was a bit challenging, choppy and rough and LONG as everyone agreeded. Took me 29 mins to do the swim? Go figure? The bike and the run were flat and fast! I actually was a bit slower than MIT but its all good. Considering the swim, im not at all suprised. Next stop, the Florida Firefighter Games in Brevard Co on saturday! Swim meet, im doing 5 events, ill keep you posted! ............

OK, this could posibility be the best week ever for me! Can you say 4 GOLD and 2 SILVER medals at the FFG swim meet! OMG!!!! Life is so good right now, I just wish I had someone to enjoy it with........

UPDATE: OK next stop, Escape From Miami, Olympic Distance triathlon im September, Great race lots of fun about 2000 competitors. Ill keep you posted!

For our first date, I would meet you at a local establishment, get to know each other, make sure the chemistry is working and take it from there. The sky's the limit!
