ok, i'm starting over with this profile. I've been off and off this site for a while now..
i've met a couple of great guys, made some friends, but haven't made the connection i think we're all here to make.

what are we looking for?
Friends? of course...
dating? well, that'd be kinda nice, don'tcha think?.....
long term? ultimately, i think we're hardwired that way......
activity partner? if we're friends, and thinking about dating, some activity would be good....
intimate encounter? if you're lucky.... (that WAS the definitive answer) *grin
hang out? well, duh, i mean...

So, something about me?

I guess i am still pretty much a free spirit. Space/time traveler, enjoying the ride, Getting past the bumps, and and keeping it greasy side down. i live 25 miles from the closest stoplight, but only a mile off the hiway.

I believe in the Golden Rule. i think it's the only one we really need.
i am pro peace, truth, and civility. i believe kindness can change the world.
i like to laugh. and do, though my sense of humor may be a tad twisted.

in the spring/summer, i grow organic veggies , (though i'm not a vegetarian, i like healthy food). i love to be barefoot.
i spend as much time as i can camping and innertubing Missouri's beautiful rivers. i had the chance to try a little "funyak" and i love it! what a groovy way to get around on the river!

Someday i'd love to finish restoring my old VW, but it's been on the backburner for sometime..:)

My kids are grown and live there own lives, and we are a close family. i have a good relationship with them, the grands, and my mom!
i make and play hand drums and percussion out of mostly recycled trash.

I like the good kind. *music is a big part of my bohemian life.. *
, and I'm a dancin fool!
... dancehall or bonfire..
or the back porch, or in the woods...) i believe it's all a dance. We learn/make it up as we go.
sometimes you step on each other's toes, but a good partner forgives and you'll dance on...
sometimes tripping, sometimes holding each other up..
, the more you dance the smoother it gets. and you become graceful together. I'm looking for that.


*i'm also a pretty good cook...it'd be great if you are sorta handy..
