I'm a 28 year old cook, soon to be returning culinary school, and eventually getting my red seal as a certified chef(then it's "hello food network....lol)
I am a funloving and outgoing guy, but I also have my introverted moments, where I just like to chill and hang out with those close to me.
I love sports, especially football(I play and I coach), and of course hockey...:) I have and will play just about any sport under the sun, and will watch just about any sport....though I'll only watch soccer if nothing else is on.....:)
I'm a kind hearted guy who loves to hang out with friends, I truly apprciate the friends that I have, and hold them close to my heart. I'm a firm believer that through whatever trials and tribulations you have in life it's your friends that help get you through. I try and be that person for my friends, and I am truly thankful for the friends I have in my life who have helped me. My friends and family mean the world to me, and there's little that I wouldn't do for them.
I am extremely loyal and dediated to those that I care about.

I'm very much into mountain biking, and photography and I like going for walks.
I'm always up for a party. I'm told that I have an awesome sense of humor(I know everybody says that about themselves..:). I love to hang out with my close circle of friends, be it going for coffee or a few drinks, or just hanging out and watching a movie.I love music, I listen to everything just depends on the song, and I'm somewhat of a movie buff. I'm also very proud to be scottish and BAGPIPES KICK ASS!!!....:)
When a topic of conversation comes up that I am interested in or passionate about I can tend to go off on a tangent. A friend of mine once asked me what events caused World War II, I went on for about half an hour....:) Not that I don't know when to shut up, but when I'm talking about something I like.....:)

I'd rather go to a pub or a lounge than a nightclub, at least at a pub you can have a drink, a few things to eat, and you're able to hold a conversation without having to yell in the persons ear.

I don't have much artistic talent when it comes to drawing or painting, but I am a very good photographer(I sometimes get paid for my work.....:)....) And I have been told that I am a very good writer. I find that sometimes I can convey a deeper meaning through writing than I can through spoken words. I do have dreams of perhaps someday having my writing published.

One of the highlights of my week is hanging out with my best friends three and a half year old son. I love that kid like he was my own. And there are few greater sounds than when he laughs.(sappy and sentimental I know but also true)

I'm the type of guy who will go running out into the pouring rain just because, and I'll give you my jacket if you want to come along. I'm looking to meet new people, and if things go well we can see what happens. First date would totally depend on the person I'm going on the date with.
I'm not much of a dinner and a movie guy, dinner is good, but how do you get to know someone at a movie. I think the most entertainig date I've ever been on we went paintballing....that was a blast.
