While I can sometimes be mild-mannered and shy when first meeting people, once I become comfortable in an environment, I am outgoing and have a lot of interesting things to say. People usually enjoy my sense of humor and unique perspectives. I am curious by nature and prefer to be descriptive rather than concise.... I enjoy watching sports, spending time with family, dining out, going to New York, walking my dog, catching a movie, rock music, television, reading, and writing.... Before going on a formal date, I would prefer a casual meeting, say for a cup of coffee, an informal meal, or a walk in the park, just to spend time face-to-face and see whether we are comfortable with one another in a more conventional setting than this. Once we find that comfort level, I imagine that coming up with ideas for future dates would be much more stress-free.
