. I am a single father of 4 kids, two of which live w/ me. They are above all my main concern. I am currently laid off from Cat in E. Peoria, but am in the process of going back to school while waiting on the call back. I have been filling in recently as a deejay at one of the local clubs here in Lincoln. I have a wide taste in music as I used to be a D.J.(college radio, freelance, and at a local bar)and a bass player for a local band, but I tend to stick w/ the heavier side of rock. Owning my own house, I am usually doing some kind of home improvement. So between that, the kids and school is where most of my time is spent....but there's definitely something missing (otherwise I wouldn't be here...lol)




As far as what I'm looking for on here...well someone who doesn't cheat, someone who isn't about looks, someone who doesn't mind kids and knows that they come first, someone who realizes everyone has their faults and doesn't keep a tally of every little mistake. Communication is a must, appearance is not...you love with your heart not your eyes.

A first date is not something you can just list here cause you gotta get to know someone a little before you know what to do to please that person and to make sure the first date is a success. One thing I don't like much is the bar scene, which I guess is why I'm here. However, pleasing me is easy. I don't mind going to McDonnalds on a date. But I guess if I had to say what I wouldn't mind doing I guess it would be say maybe go to a park with trails so we could take a hike and go have a picnic. Or maybe a dinner in a small quiet cafe so we could talk and get to know someone even better. And if we had a beach around here, it'd be great to go take a moonlit stroll. As far as night life, as stated before I'm no to much into the bar scene...however it seems to be the only place to catch a local band play. Otherwise, there is always dinner and a movie or whatnot.
