I've gotten a bit of a travel bug lately. I guess it's always been there, but I've just recently decided to do something about it. Yep, that's my newest passion.

Some other things I enjoy doing, in no particular order: I like to hunker down with a good book, bask on the shores of a sunny beach, listen to the quiet of the woods, toast marshmallows over an open fire, breath in the fresh air while at mountain cabins, take long walks with my dog, people watch while in airports, play tennis, ride my bike, play word games and...well, the list can go on almost indefinitely. While I derive a great deal of pleasure from these activities, it sure would be nice to have someone to share them with.

I am not one to take the joy of relationships for granted. I am very fortunate to have an incredibly loving family and circle of friends; not a day goes by that I don't appreciate all that I have.

So much of this question is dependent on the season/weather. Getting to know someone over a bottle of wine at a local vineyard with some nice crusty bread and cheese is always a great way to spend an afternoon.
