About Me
Hi, I am 54years old, 5' 10", about 145 lbs., dark hair w/green eyes. My interests are varied from gardening, computers, building, bowling ....etc. There are few things that I do not enjoy. I believe that at this time in my life, "its my time". I am looking for someone to share all of these things together with, whether it be a weekend camping, a sudden week to Venezuela or another vacation spot, to going out for an intimate candlelit dinner or just a hamburger at the local McDonalds, to catching a movie or renting one and cuddling up together in front of the TV/fireplace or just sitting out on the deck at night with a glass of wine and listening to the music. These are things I like to do but without someone to share them with.....well......... they just do not seem to be that enjoyable? A little bit planned, a little bit of spontanaity, a little bit of impulsiveness and I think that sort of describes me. As my daughter are always telling me, "Dad, act your age". I guess that I act the way I feel. I'm also the kind of guy that likes "to do things without a reason", like sending flowers "just because today is Wednesday." First Date
I guess it depends on what you mean by first date? To me a "first date" is probably the "second date". The first usually would involve meeting somewhere we can have a coffee or over drinks meet each other, talk and see how things go, (to see if there is a mutual attraction??) and if there is something that we would like to pursue further, then the "second" date would involve a nice cozy dinner somewhere. I think the second date is more important as it lets you talk "to the person" on a different level, that is hopefully we have gotten rid of those "first meeting jitters"
