Far out....here's a hint for all newcomers like me...I spent about 2 hours writing and editing my profile so it sounded really neat. Finally when I was happy with it I hit the update profile button, and found out my session had timed out and everything I had carefully laid out had gone to hell. Now I have to start from scratch. So....a little hint...write a bit, enter it, write a bit more. Which I will do at some other time cause I've got to go to bed now. And I won't have any time this weekend because I'm going upstate again. I have a bit of property up there and I'm having a pond built.
Well, the pond is done and I still don't have any time. Now I'm up there sitting on my tractor and mowing the fields and planting grass around the new pond and watching it slowly fill. I think I'm slowly becoming a farmer!
Well, the pond is full and the work continues.Now I have to put plants in it,plant bullrushes by the over flow and start getting some life growing in there so it will be ready to stock with trout next spring. I also want to build a little one room cabin with a porch next to the pond and a barn up in the big field. There are also about 20 apple trees that have to be pruned back. And they say farmers have it easy. Ha Ha!! But I LOVE IT!
Well I haven't been able to do much during the winter except fill the freezer with venison and give my neighbors with the dairy farm a hand. They make some fantastic cheeses and fresh from the cow milk is better than anything from the store.
I also found out that you just can't build a pond and stock it...you need a NY State permit!! It's free, but you have to go through the paper work and list all the types of fish you plan on stocking.
PS..You now know what I look like so please have a photo too.
PPS..Just tossed in that last photo for giggles.It's 23 years old. I used to be a dolphin trainer in Holiday Park in Germany.
PPPS...The seperation has been for 13 years(paternal rights issues...no other choice)
PPPPS...I've been asked about the "European" ethnicity. I was born in Germany and came here when I was 5. I go back every year to visit friends and relatives.


OK...something is F...ed up. I can't open certain peoples profiles or answer mail. I just keep getting a sign up page. If it wasn't for bad luck, I wouldn't have any at all. Oh well, I'm working on it. The trouble shooting page says it might be a cookie problem. I'll answer my mail when I get it fixed.

First date shoud be to someplace quiet enough that we can talk to get to know each other without having to yell over a bunch of noise, a Cafe or small Restaurant. If we click then we could head to a noisy dive afterwards.
