i don't often go for tall guys. if you're over 5'10" you'd better have something *really* interesting to say!

i'm definitely not looking for a boyfriend.

if you write to me, say something interesting. if we have interests in common, mention it. if we don't, tell me why you're writing to me when we have no common interests. if you tell me i'm pretty i will say thank you and that's all. compliments are lovely and appreciated, but content is better.
the way to meeting me is through a good command of the English language and novel conversation.

i'm short and loud and laugh a lot.
if i don't attend live theater at least monthly i get grumpy. as to that, i really enjoy juvenile humor like sex and fart jokes, but i also subscribe to the opera. and make sex and fart jokes there while dressed up. they're surprisingly apropos.
i'm a faux snob. i like to use proper table manners at diners and words like "faux" but i don't actually know much about wine.

i tend to be attracted to pictures of preppy guys, but i never find them to be interesting people and don't find common ground. are there any indie/alternative guys who wear their black leather on the inside? i'm forever torn between loving how spiked hair looks and hating how it feels. think that's some kind of metaphor?
but if you pop your collar don't bother, i'll turn it down in one sense or another. and hollister/A&F shirts? shouldn't companies pay YOU to advertise, not the other way around?

i teach belly dance at a restaraunt once a week and dance for the servers at India Garden whenever i go there. by now they won't serve me otherwise. i usually end up teaching every girl i meet a little bit and i'll teach you if you think you're man enough.

i find guys who are polyamorous to have the mind set i'm looking for; they understand that one or a few dates can be fun and worthwhile and don't have a goal of making me their girlfriend.

i hate being around cats. i'm allergic to them.

my friends and i hit Shootz Cafe on the south side almost religiously on Tuesdays and Thursdays. we're the cats running around like we own the joint.
ok that's a lie. i actually haven't been there in about a year and it's actually closed now. guess that's all my fault, clearly.

i worked at a haunted house for the first time and plan to every year. i think that would make a good first date. you can't take me, clearly, because i work weekend evenings Halloween season, but take some other girl.

hopefully i would enjoy myself. whether that's over a nice glass of wine and a meal, a few drinks and karaoke, or a game of freeze tag is somewhat up to you, isn't it? freeze tag and drinks sounds like a great or terrible idea...
