Lost a bit of weight since some of the photos were taken, in fact about 4 stone, but it is still a long term project lol (All I will say is red and green days and a room full of older women)
I do play sport all year round, usually two or three times a week, and usually squash and cricket (summer). If your a couch potato, or will moan that I am off doing sport then "jog on" lol (There would have to be a good reason not to go and do the sport......

I will be uploading some new photos soon from my latest ski trip, and I suppose one of the new slimmer me at some point as well. Hold on tight kids....lol
