Hi!
I moved to Barrie not long ago for a new job which involved a bit of a career switch, and I couldn't be happier about that decision! But, I haven't really met anybody outside of work, so I figured I would give this a try.
Likes:
-travel--who doesn't?
-food--apparently it helps for that whole "living" thing. Specifically, I like pretty much all foods, especially: Sushi, Mexican, Thai, Chinese, cereal, and whatever people make for me--who turns down free food?
--pretty much all music. Note: I don't consider "country music" to be music--it's more of a sign of the Apocalypse.
Dislikes:
-radiation
I have a car, a job, an apartment, and a healthy fear of Americans. I do not have a pet, a wife, a helicopter, or a race car bed.
Serious stuff:
I'm looking for: a smart, funny, easy going lady who has a variety of interests. Spontaneity is nice, and a willingness to try new things is huge. An independent woman who is just as comfortable snuggled up with a good book as hopping in the car for a spur of the moment road trip. A little geeky is always a bonus.
First Date
Hmmm...I don't know? That would depend on a lot of things, I guess. Coffee/drinks is good. Something fun like mini-golf? Anything but a movie/show. What's the point of a first date but to get to know someone? Can't do that if we can't talk.
