About Me

Working from home, I need to get out and do something for a change of scenery. Some of my interests are fishing, camping, hunting (food only), exploring (love UT and finding old Indian rock petroglyphs and pictographs), and most anything outdoors. Except, when it is too hot. I love animals, but in their place. No dogs or cats eating off the table, especially at the same time, and no large dogs in bed! Would like to saddle up a horse and just ride forever. But no horses in the house.
I like to spend time with someone special doing things whether it be just staying at home or “out and about”. Happy taking road trips and going to trade days, mountains, beach, Shreveport, etc., or even staying at home watching a movie or doing things around the house. Used to country dance, but everything’s changed and it is more like a washing machine’s spin cycle and I just haven’t learned it yet since I seldom do bars, if at all.
My music taste varies from Country to oldies like Eagles and classic rock, to some rock like Boston, ZZ Top, or anything with a motivating beat. But NOT Rap, punk, or anything that makes no sense! Oh yea girls, I HAVE been to Bass Hall for 1 or 2 musicals and even an opera. Just nudge me if I drift off.... But still prefer Westerns.
No offense to those with grandkids, but if you are one of those who are obsessed and your life revolves around your grandkids, I am really not interested. I love kids, but seek someone who is free for a relationship without constantly volunteering to babysit. Also, if you are a woman with an identity crisis; cougar, don't tally here. Just can't deal with women who live in a lie that they are much younger than their truthful age. Only interested in someone mentally stable.
