I enjoy meeting new people and learning about them as well as sharing past experiences. I've tried other dating services in the past and met a lot of really nice women but never quite felt a connection with any of them. I've had a lot in common with some but there was still something missing. You could say I'm an introvert but I'd like to think that could change by meeting someone I'd like to try new things with.

I really enjoy travelling having travelled to the following places most recently:
Cruise through the Panama Canal
Backpacking through Scotland & England
Greece
& most recently the Philippines

What I like is hanging out with friends but many of them have families of their own now and are not as accessible as before.

What I dislike are people that are dishonest and inconsiderate (especially being late without calling).

I'm comfortable with my job, and feel I have a good one, but the downfall is that I travel often. Like I said earlier I don't mind travelling myself, I'll pay to see the world but I might as well get paid to see the Province. The downfall is the fact that I'm not always home and that makes relationships difficult. In a way it's not bad either though because I still want to have my own life and if I'm lucky enough to meet someone I want them to have their own life as well.

It's not that I'm not willing to change certain aspects of my life for the right woman; however, the older I get the more I get set in my ways and change becomes more difficult.

I can't think of anything to write with these smilies, but I like them.

Just a note, I'm not interested in becoming someone's project. I'm not broken so I don't need to be fixed. To me a couple means two people and not one. I'll still have my own friends as I'm sure you'll still have your own.

I hope this doesn't discourage anyone from contacting me but isn't honesty the best policy?

Oh! And since it probably sounds like I'm ranting how come for SMARTS it only lists SOME COLLEGE. I graduated with honors NOT some college.

One pet peeve I have is when it comes to spelling, there's a difference between their, there, and they're. Notable mention goes to your and you're as well.

What I like to do on a first date is talk and get to know each other while doing something else to temper the nerves such as going to a golf driving range or playing pool, darts, etc. I like to try something different each time and something that I haven't done for a while so that it's interesting at the same time. I find being a little preoccupied helps relax us so that we can be ourselves and a lot more spontaneous.I enjoy playing games for enjoyment but not competition.
