Be kind to dogs and children even when they whine or make a mess. Be assured no matter how bad your life seems there is ALWAYS someone who has it worse (They live in Iraq and wear camoflage!!) Thank your parents for making you into the person you've become in spite of whatever your childhood was like. Say your prayers every night and make your bed every morning.... its good to keep things tidy inside and out!!!
