some of what I enjoy: walking in the rain. spending time with family and friends (including animal friends). the seashore. feasting on luscious ripe organic fruit. playing my Mexican guitar, singing, and making recordings. my technology especially my Macs. cooking a nice chili, gumbo, or soup on a cold day. being in the forest looking at mushrooms and birds. long baths and even longer oil massages. reading and discussions that expand my mind. a good cup of tea. acquiring treasure.
