| |  Hi, and thanks for looking. I am a young active 61 year old lady, who has kept herself in good shape. I am now retired with time to do things for myself and that special person I hope to meet. I love to hike, and spend a good deal of spare time in that pursuit. I also like to travel as time allows, camping (I can even rough it in a tent), I fish for pleasure, love to boat, when I get the chance, go for walks, garden and yard work at my small house, I paint when the muse hits me, watercolors being my favorite medium. I own and use tools. I have three children all grown up with families of their own,very productive, independent adults. My grandchildren (4) ar all starting to grow up and although I see them and love them dearly, I know the time for "me" is now.
I am looking for a gentleman who has a sense of adventure, easy going, and can go at as the spirit hits them. He needn't be tall, dark or handsome. He should be someone who enjoys pure pleasures that are free for the taking, someone who would like to fill up the rest of his life with a caring person who will be there when they are needed, and someone who will be there for me. My I idea for a good first date would be to meet at a park, river's edge, a sporting event, any place where we could arrange a meeting time, anticipate that meeting, and our eyes would lock, a smile would come to our faces, and we would give each other that first hug. Romantic, yes!!!!!! I think I would prefer to chat a little, then maybe telephone each other and get to know each other's personality, likes, desires, and backgrounds. I will send a picture upon request to those of you that need to see before you take a leap of faith. |
