I am an educated heterosexual male and Colorado native. (you know..the 4th car thru a red light) I just moved back home to Colorado from Cote d'Ivoire, West Africa, where I have been living and working for almost 2 years. (Je parle un peu francais.)

I love to travel! I have been to Africa, and Europe numerous times and to the far East. In my heart I am always a student, love to read, write and be teachable. When I travel I am a ‘museum rat’, love meeting people where they live, usually avoid the tourist areas, and to go where my curiosity leads me.

I am by nature a faithful friend, and love to laugh till I can't breathe ( which accounts for my looks-not enough oxygen!) If you were to ask about my personality type, when I took one of those goofy personality profile tests, I came out being a 'golden retriever' with 'otter rising'!! (i.e.- faithful/party waiting to happen).

I am an Acoustic Engineer/Designer. I also sing and play music professionally. I love to compose /play and sing. I gravitate to the latin/bossa nova styles, some jazz/pop and love to sing in Italian. I also have a import/export business to many parts of Africa.

I like to workout 3-4 times a week, swimming and lifting. I try to live a healthy lifestyle. However, my vices are over priced dark roasted coffee and red wine. I love candlelight, a warm fire on a snowy night, and can have a near out of body experience in a nice bookstore on a cold day, (preferably in the embrace of an overstuffed chair). Also, I love most furry two and four legged creatures, and LOVE the 'God of forgiveness'...not necessarily in the above order.

FYI, I am not, nor ever have been, a ‘player’, unless you factor in my18+ years of ice hockey or my being a musician. I have lived and worked in places where being a ‘player’ would cost your life. Suffice to say, I am not interested in being lumped in with all the myopic idiots(guys) that are here to get laid. If you want to meet someone who is real, then lets talk and see where it goes from there.

My photos are recent within the last 1-5 months and not retouched...perhaps I should consider a trip to photoshop for a 'fake over'!!
