People, music, laughter and style are what make the world go around for me. I live in the heart of the city and enjoy everything Chicago has to offer. I have a young spirit. I had decided that when I reached 50 I was going to grow up. Well, when I turned 50, I reassessed my decision and decided growing up is overrated and opted not to do it. My two children are grown, so I have no baggage just luggage.

I am a student of the human spirit, and I enjoy getting to know people. I am a strong believer in what goes around comes around and try to live accordingly. I am a romantic and would like my life to be set to music. Unfortunately, this is the real world and that does not happen. However, I would like to find that special man where there are moments when it feels that way. I have a sense of style and I enjoy expressing it in the way I dress and in my home. I would like to meet someone who really feels the music and who shares my sense of humor. Humor makes the good times better and the bad times bearable. I love to verbally spar and like to be kept on my toes; it energizes me.

I am looking for a genuine person (preferably tall) who is a good communicator (words are a turn on); a man who is able to give and receive affection; someone who acts not reacts to situations; a man who is a social being and is compassionate and honest. A contagious smile is a real deal maker. And last but not least, a man who has a variety of interests who would like one of those interests to be me.

I enjoy sitting down with the person I am meeting for a cup of coffee or a glass of wine. If we both decide we want to meet again, I am game for a real date; i.e., movie, dinner, dancing, theatre, walking around Chicago. You name it.
