OK, lets try this!..LOL... Now I seem to get a lot of ladies that peek at my profile... please say hello, wave as you go by, comment on the profile, tell me you love me...LOL... Drop me a line, I don't bite...well OK I do, but I try not to leave any marks... OK, this is my attempt at not being shy...LOL

And now back to our regularly scheduled programming:
I am a sweet BIG Teddy Bear type of guy. I have a twisted and slightly sarcastic sense of ironic humor. Who is not afraid to laugh at myself! I love comedy and find life to be filled with lots of funny events.

I really do have a hard time talking about myself (amazing how well I am about write a mini novel though...LOL) ... I am a bit shy at first (ya OK I talk a lot but I move slow...LOL) but warm up and open up with the right person (if you are still reading and or listening to me talk you may be "the right person"...LOL. I am an extremely bright (OK the light bulb seems to be getting dimmer with age) and creative person. I like the ocean and to me camping would be staying at a resort/hotel. I am looking to travel more since I really haven't traveled much in many years.

I am a retired (disability) fire chief (neck injury, but some would argue it was a brain injury!) so my schedule is very open and flexible.
I enjoy playing poker, working on stuff, repairing computers and movies at home with the big screen! I am not a big sports fan (gasp!) but do like to get to a couple games with the local teams with good seats! I enjoy many other events also such as concerts, plays, home shows, demo derby!!

I am looking for someone who is; (gasp, ready set go!) funny. warm, caring, understanding, patient, sweet, friendly, easygoing, has at least two doctorates (teasing) and has a sense of humor to spend time with. Above all please be honest and let me at least think once in a while I am right!

I like bright open-minded people who can converse about current events. I enjoy the fact you have an opinion but are willing to listen to mine (at least pretend too!) and I will listen to yours. I enjoy friendly banter, playfulness, stimulating conversations and lighthearted friendly debates.

The past has defined our present, and while we all have some baggage at this point in our lives it just needs to be dealt with while we move forward on our journey. Everyone has his or her own issues it all a matter of finding someone whose issues are compatible with your own.

Coffee, drinks or light lunch/dinner date, see if we hit it off. After that we can make a plan

ALSO!!! It was raining out and those are water spots on my jacket, I am not really that much of a slob...LOL

Oh, ya I wear a hat most of the time to protect those around me from the glare...
