First things first.... Please do not add me as your favorite if you haven't even chatted with me...I will remove myself from your list! I'm not that vain that I need to be on 1,000 people's favorites list to make myself feel good! Also, please forgive me if I don't respond to your email...I tried to respond to every email received so as not to appear rude and figured this might be an easier way .. so I'll simply apologize up front.
Ok, so a bit about me....
I enjoy the outdoors in the summer...camping, fishing, biking with my children, bbq's, hanging with friends in the back yard or at the beach. The winters are for cuddling up, late night fires, and house parties....not really into the bar scene but will go for a change of pace now and again.
I try to learn from my past...not live in it. If you're stuck there, then I'm not the one for you. I feel that those who settle..lose. Life is very short (I know everyone says that, but it really is)...it's too short to settle for less then you really want simply because it's easy or comfortable. I am a professional woman who is independent, confident, and loyal. I enjoy my work, the outdoors, and I love my children more then mere words can convey. I expect honesty, integrity, and clear communication...from myself and from you. I'm seeking a man who is not intimidated by my independence and who will add to my life, not take from it. The worst thing to happen in a relationship is for the people involved to become complacent .. people in general are far too quick to walk away when the waters get a bit rough. My friends describe me as caring, confident, and grounded. I value friendship above most things - I only have a few really close friends because friendship, like any relationship takes some degree of work and I give my all to those that mean the most to me. Some say I have a strong personality and that I am "blunt" or "to the point"...these things I take as compliments, because to be otherwise would be game playing...and I don't play games (except slo-pitch or volleyball). I face life knowing that someone always has it harder then I do...and if I"m not part of the solution to things, I become part of the overall problem...I prefer to be part of the solution where and whenever I'm able!

IN MY OPINION, PEOPLE SHOULD NOT POST PICS THAT INCLUDE THEIR KIDS (OR YOUR NIECES/NEPHEWS)ON THIS SITE. PLEASE PETITION POF TO CHANGE THEIR POLICY ON POSTINGS WITH CHILDREN - THERE IS REALLY NO ADVANTAGE BUT THE POTENTIAL FOR REAL HARM. LET'S USE OUR HEADS!
