UPDATE: I have found someone very special on this site and I am no longer looking for someone to date....



I am an independent person who was married forever and is a bit shy about getting back into the dating scene. After all, now I'll have to update my wardrobe and learn all new rules. Just when I was getting the hang of the old ones.
I am considered pretty much wacked out by my family and friends. I think they are just trying to keep me grounded. Isn't that what friends and family are for? No really, it's in the rule book, page 233, section 1-103, "All Friends and family must strive to keep members of their personal circle of friends and family from becoming to full of their own self worth, thereby creating a situation where circle member can be prevented from becoming borish and overbearing to others outside ones circle". See, there it is in black and white.
I believe that you can never have enough friends, as long as you can fit them in a four door sedan. After all, on long trips it's hard for anymore then that to keep up. I have two grown children who I am very proud of. Although, sometimes they still make me scratch my head and wonder, was I out of town during conception? But they do look like my kids..... hmmm, what about my brother, was he in town?
I'm an east coast transplant with a bit of a NY attitude and hint of Boston "charm".
I have been living here in Oregon for the past 15 years and consider it home for the duration, or until the big shaker that shears off the coast. Then I'm outa here.
I am looking for someone to spend time enjoying what this world has to offer. Who knows, maybe we get carried away and before you know it the rest of our lifes has gone by.
