I am looking for that person in life that will be the better half of me, where we can connect in more ways than one. Love does not consist of looking at one another, but looking outwards together, exploring, learning, laughing, crying, and always being there for one another.
I thoroughly enjoy the outdoors, exploring, etc. I absolutely love the ocean, and I don't care if I can't swim. I can wear a life jacket!!!And grab hold of a log if need be. I love being around animals, and I am very good with children.
I am looking for that person out there who loves to have fun, and laugh, who is intelligent,(for I love a good debate once in a while). Yet, do not care at all for politics, because that just riles me up.
I hope to find someone who is sensitive, kind, non-moody, can cook,(maybe better than I can!)Who loves to read good, intelligent books, that also may include mysteries, who respects each others time out alone, and also may be spiritual, so that time alone, does not break the bond that may be between us.
I believe in trying to be as healthy as you can possibly afford, and physically fit is free!!
Hiking, long walks, sitting on a good view point up on a hill, contemplating what ever comes to mind, sounds like a good day. Bossy, overbearing people need not apply in my life. I am a gentle Leo, after all. Very passionate, loving, cuddly, but I will not like to be pushed around. I have a quick sense of humor and look for the same in my partner. Laughing and giggling is so very intoxicating at the right moments.
I can usually tell if a person is sincere by their eyes, and touch.
Just be a nice down to earth, easy going person, who is fun, and does not need to drink or do drugs to be that way. Be honest, and we may connect. I am very healthy and fit for my age. I am always told I look much younger than I am. Love long road trips, and exploring. Photography would probably be good for me, as I have the patience for waiting for the right moment. I have a lot of patience, which is probably why I get along with children and animals so well, as well as the elderly.
My best friend is my Cairn Terrier, Sabrina(in gaelic means princess)Look up Cairn if you don't know the breed. Or think of the Wizard of Oz and Toto. But she is Wheaten with points. Come from a Scandanavian blood line. Even though I was born in Vancouver, my whole family comes from Sweden.Yaha. Quiet times for me are watching CSI or anything forensic.(I wanted to be a Veterinanian when I was young)and reading good books.
