Life is going great guns. I’m the single dad of an amazing three year old son that I adore. I have a great job, and I’m in great shape, having completed five Ironman triathlons in the last three years.

Other ways to describe me: pretty easygoing, low maintenance. But I’ve got a lot of grit – when something needs to be done, it’s done.

I need that special woman to share it all with. I believe life needs to be filled with adventure, and I want to find a companion who shares that belief.

I tend to be more silly than serious and I'm looking for someone to share many laughs with. She should also be passionate about life and the people in it -- the type of person that realizes that getting lost while driving is just another opportunity to explore.

My ideal match is a woman whose smile lights up the room. Someone that thrives on outdoor activities and can crack a joke with the best of them. I'm looking for someone who’s confident, creative, silly, likes to have a barrel of fun, and is relaxed in her approach to life -- she doesn't stress out over much and rolls with the punches. While I like athletic women (triathletes and runners are an added bonus) who take care of themselves, personality is more important.

On a first encounter, I usually like to do something low-key. A Jamba, yogurt, coffee. If we find there is some chemistry between us, then we proceed to a first date. That is usually something more interesting, but it depends on shared interests.
