I am a guy who is really into the creative side of things (probably because my job isn't so). I am a romantic person who enjoys the side of life that is contemplative but active at the same time. Someone who can see the forest for the trees (although the trees have their own appeal). Someone who is interested in intellectual stimulation and is comfortable in their own skin. Someone who can see or have an interest in 'what the artist meant to do'.

Things I like;
Thunderstorms, Windows down on a hot day, Photography, Coffee, The Minneapolis Institute of Arts, Indie movies at the Lagoon, Flea markets, Animals, Bridges, Small town festivals, Fireworks, A good steak, Spooky looking graveyards, Fountain pens, Japanese art, Coffee, Sleeping late on the weekend, Well shined shoes, The History Channel, Spicy food, Motorcycles, Coffee, Museums, Mood lighting, Bagpipe music, Ceiling fans, Soup, Really cool lamps, ATMs, Lightning, and getting lost while driving. Oh, and coffee.

Things I don’t like;
Minivans, People who drive really slowly in the left lane, Going to bed at a reasonable hour, Slushy brown snow in winter, People who take themselves too seriously, Road construction, and Mosquitos.

A sense of humor is important, too. A dry wit, maybe a quick comeback, and a willingness to laugh at oneself are things that are important. I consider sarcasm a social skill. I don't take myself too seriously so you should'nt either.

I'm not hanging any huge expectations out there but they say that there is someone for everyone. Isn't everyone looking for that person? Along the way one often finds friends.

Definately something casual. Grab a drink after work. Relaxing at some bar with a nice patio. Good conversation, a relaxing atmosphere, maybe a sunset, and some good beer can wrap people up in a world of their own.
