i lived on the island for 25 years, love it there. i moved over to vancouver for the work.i get out of the city as often as i can. i camp,fish,4x4 and swim. i'm building a cabin in Pemberton with some friends.i'm a soft-spoken guy who doesn't take sh#t from anyone. i've almost died about a half-dozen times(NOT from fighting).i'm Irish/Scottish.

i love my beer,my smokes,my black coffee,my jeeps,driving nowhere in particular,loud music;punk,metal,rap,bluegrass and classic rock.

i don't have kids and don't want any.i don't do drugs. i don't mind if you do the odd joint, but no chronics. i don't want one-nighters. i want a girlfriend.i was raised with old- school manners, but hate being PC. my job is mentally and physically challenging,but dahm it pays good. i'm going to own my own engineering company.i keep my life simple.i elimenate the drama.but i fight for what i beleive in....there is a differance.my friends and family mean everything to me.

i want a woman who is as into me as i am into her.if i don't see a future together, then i'll tell you.if you don't see it, then i expect the same.
i treat women with respect, and demand the same.I think that personality goes a long way.looks will only take you so far.But there has to be an attraction. i don't do well with snobs and pretenciousness. If you know the difference between debating and arguing, we'll get along just fine.

Big dogs are cool. Tiny dogs with sweaters are just sad.(I can't be the only one who thinks this?).

p.s. i've started to realize just how much i am attracted to older women,and no,it's not a phase. we are only here for a short time, and i just want a little happiness along the way. i've given up worrying what others think. just born this way. if you can accept this, i'd love to hear from you.
