UPDATE 13/11/2008 - If you look at my pictures and think "oooh big girl!" - I have actually lost 52lb (that's three stone ten pounds!!) in FIFTEEN weeks; so I am a "work in progress" - the red lacey top picture is the most recent.
I have been told I am warm, easygoing, kind and friendly, I am easy to talk to and am a good listener. I enjoy finding the funny side in life (without hurting others) and making people laugh. Life is meant to be fun.
I love looking after the people I care about with plenty of love and attention and need someone who will reciprocate. It is important to me to work at making the person I care abouts life comfortable and fun! I am hopng to find that one person who can love me in the same sort of way as I can love him; where you think about each other while you are apart and can't wait to get the front door shut at the end of the day so you can rip each others clothes off - and not just because there's a new washing machine!
The favourite thing I have have said about me recently, was when I walked into work at 7.15 am and a colleague said "the party can start Stella's here!"
Oh, my "children" are my beautiful, funky daughters 21 and 17 (that's not their names!) both still living here and studying hard at Uni and college - they are happy if I am happy - they have never caused a rift between me and a fella.
I think it would be best to only meet with people no more than about half an hour away - I have tried the long distance romance - it can't be sustained - if you REALLY think the travelling/relocating (if it gets that far!) wouldn't be a problem then please say hi.

Oh P.S. Must be over their ex - I am a good listener but not that good! hehe!
First Date
For a first date I would like to meet in a neutral place and go for a nice meal - or a drink, to be able to have a good chat with the person and hopefully start a new friendship. All good relationships should start with a good friendship.
