I am a single mom of three great kids ages 19, 17 and 6. I am back in school so I can better my life and be a good example to my kids. I have only been married once. Marriage is a big and serious commitment and should never be taken lightly or for granted. I would love to eventually find something long term, but it should start as a friendship first, and if that works and the chemistry is there to take it to the next level then all the better. Everything has to have a beginning and friendship is the best place to start. Dont you agree? If nothing else we can make new friends along the way.

I love to read, but cannot handle those mush books a lot of women like to read. I prefer material with a little edge to it. I like different kids of music but mostly stick to 80's Rock, Country, some current rock. I like songs that have lyrics that speak to me and that I can relate to.

I am a country girl, plain and simple.I am not materialistic and even if I was to win the lottery tomorrow I would still go to school and get a job afterward, all the money would mean to me is that the cost of school would be covered for me and my kids and I could pay off my car (2003 Ford Focus). My truck is already paid off...lol! Yes I have tattoo's (4 of them), and I want more someday... Yes my nose, tongue, and belly button are pierced, other than a few more ear piercing I dont plan on piercing anything else.

When it comes to men, I havent had the best of luck with them in the past that is for sure, but, I am hoping that the best is yet to come. I prefer men that are a lot taller than me, but it isnt written in stone. I do like men that are height to weight proportionate. Must have a sense of humor, open to different ideas and opinions. Must not have a drinking problem (if you feel you HAVE to have more than one alcoholic beverage in a day EVERYDAY... You have a problem) or an active drug problem. Must believe in honesty and communication. I am very honest and opinionated and would like to find someone the same way. Nobody is going to think exactly the same and I know this and look forward to it. I am not afraid to admit when I am wrong and it would be nice to find a man the same way. My picture perfect man is a combination between the Marlboro Man and Harley Davidson. Go see the movie and you will see what I am talking about. I know this man either doesnt exist, is married, or worse yet "I" am not "His" type so I am not going to live in a fantasy world and wait for him to show up and sweep me off my feet... Hello reality check...lol! My basic need is this... Love me for who I am, treat me like an equal, laugh with me, be there through the best and hard time, talk to me, listen to me, appreciate me, support me, cuddle on the couch with me, ask me about my day, spend some alone time with me, appreciate all the simple pleasures in life with me and I will more than do the same for you. I am very picky and at my age I think I have earned the right to be.

I am in no way a skinny Barbie doll. I am not perfect and I dont want to be, nor do I want a man who is or thinks he is. I am a good person and I have never been arrested and my driving record is clean. Yes I have some visible scars from surgeries caused by work injuries but I have a good head on my shoulders and I think I am a good mom. I cant have anymore kids so a man with kids would be a bonus.

Superficial jerks (aka Barbie Doll Hunters) on this site are too into themselves to even accept offers of friendship. How come you guys cant just be honest on your profiles and spell out what you want and dont want in a chic. If all you want is Barbie then say so!

All I can really say here is that sometimes a great date doesn't have to involve money, but if I have to put something here... I think a cup of coffee, or some place where you can get some good chips and salsa with some good conversation sounds really nice. If it is nice out, a walk on a nature trail would be a really nice thing to do.
