Hello Internet stalkers!

I've been living out in the NoVa area for a while now, but still consider myself new to the area. Being a suburbanite you just never know what to expect until you've traveled at least 30 minutes away from the homestead.

Anyway, let me tell you a bit about myself. I'm an office space dweller by day, looking to make a difference in the world w/ my awesome coding skills, and avoid the Lumbergs's of this world at the same time.

By, well, after work, I'm a slave to all things outdoors : running, hiking, cow tipping, tennis, frisbee, and softball. I don't claim to be awesome at any mentioned activity, but please feel free to think so.

I'm mostly just curious if this online thing works. I know it's a "dating" website, but I just want to meet some cool individuals and make some friends. Maybe if we hit it off as friends we can discuss more; otherwise, I'd be happy to introduce you to any of my equally cool and eligible friends.
